        Friendly staff and very willing to help. AT&T customer service is hard to understand and two of the different ones I dealt with didn't seem to know very much! I was on the phone for an hour before getting so frustrated I hung up. In store they took care of the issue for me and we're great!

        We were able to walk in and get exactly the help we were looking for. The employees for very helpful and kind. They even turned on a movie to keep our young daughter entertained during our visit.
