Prorenter run by Paul Watson has been a great experience, professional and trustworthy. I am active duty Military and Paul took care of managing renters, background checks, home repairs and everything you can think of. Paul recently helped us out with tax paperwork from the home even after we stopped services. Please look them up and know you will be in good hands with a reputable business.

ProRenter Property Management has made my life as a property owner so much easier. I used to manage my small rental home myself, but always stressed about things going wrong, tenants treating it poorly, the maintenance of the yard and keeping it occupied. Heres the most shining review I can leave for ProRenter: I dont even think about my rental anymore. Not about the yard. Not about maintenance worries. Not about keeping tenants happy. Nothing! This management company not only makes my life easier, but does a fantastic job keeping the tenants happy. Really an incredible job of balancing the needs of the owner and those of the renters. I really cant recommend Paul and his team more.

I have been a tenant of ProRenter since July of 2023. They are super responsive and have gotten a couple of things fixed for me. Both times, so far, within a couple of days. Whenever I submit a service request, as long as it's during the week, I can expect them to contact me the very next day. 100% the best property management company I have had the pleasure of renting from.

Absolutely terrible service. They failed to mention only 3 tenants were allowed in a house. Only after paying for the application process did they mention this, could have easily communicated that before the application process.
