***Update: After seeing this review, I finally got a call back. I was told he sent the estimate to my email after my first text message to them (which was not responded to). I never got an email, I even checked my spam folder. I texted 2 days later to ask again about an estimate, signifying to them that I never received the first one. I was told after that text (which was also not responded to) that they sent the estimate over againwhich I never received. I was told there was a glitch in their system that affected 5 or 6 clients. I dont know if that is true or not, but the whole thing could have been avoided with a simple text back saying something like, yep, Ill get that estimate to you soon, or, I just sent that estimate to your email, let me know if you dont see it. He sent the estimate today and I did get it this time, but we have moved on to a different company. My advice to the company would be, if a client texts you, respond with a text back. If a client calls you, respond with a call back. If a client emails you, respond with an email back.*** Our initial appointment went well. Ken was helpful in giving me an idea of what we could do with our two bathrooms. I felt great about the meeting. Ken told me he would write up an estimate and get it to me in a couple days. It has been over three weeks now and he has not gotten an estimate to me, nor does he respond to messages. At this point, I would not use this company even if I got a response because whos to say they wouldnt start the job and then disappear?

Five Star was great! Brian was professional and easy to work with, and he did a fantastic job. I love our new shower/tub combo. It's much sturdier than our previous one, and it looks beautiful. I would definitely hire them again. Service: Remodeling
