I don't usually leave reviews but this company is amazing. My spring snapped and nowhere in the valley would help without trying to replace the whole door (its old).. so I called Elite Garage Door to see my options, and the technician was here less than an hour later. They worked with me and got my springs replaced without trying to sell a door- all within 30 minutes. They are the best!

Excellent, friendly service. The technician and his helper were fast and very professional. Quick response to my call and arrived within the scheduled time. They were able to finish the repair in less than an hour and I'm very happy with our working and quieter garage door. Will definitely recommend and use them again if necessary.

Very responsive, Called them on Sunday morning and was able to set up an appointment for a repair immediately. The tech came on time, he was fast, courteous and very knowledgeable. He fixed our garage door quickly and easily. He even presented all the option and together we decided on the most cost effective choice. I am very happy that I found this repair company. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone!

Really quick service for a broken spring on my garage door. They said they had a guy headed to my area that they could send in about 15 minutes. Great! Then he called after 10 minutes and said he was on his way, about 10 minutes away. He showed up, looked at the door and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Amazing response time, excellent communication and they charged a fair price. Definitely call these guys for your garage door.

Came on time, got right to work. Was able to show and explain what was wrong and broken with my garage door. Fortunately, they had all the parts and all was fixed within an hour. The techs were friendly, knowledgeable and completed a thorough job with the repair. They were able to answer all the questions I had and made sure, everything was working perfectly before they left. I'll definitely use their service again!
