If I could give a zero, I would! Their return policy always seems to chance when new associates get hire. Not sure if is just the associate that feels they can change the policy for that day or what? THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE LOOK AT BY IT'S CORPORATE OFFICE. Worst customer service ever! The manager is there and has kept her job because she is great at walking away from the associates and leaving them to deal with the customer problem instead of helping out.

I love this store BUT NOT THIS LOCATION. Everytime i come i have bad experience with customer service they just seem like they dont want to work or give you attitude when you ask them a question. They are always on there phone when ive walked in. It just seems like they are annoyed that people walking in let alone walking in with kids. Hello its a kid store kids will be loud and run around they just give you the dirtiest look. I learned my lesson the 2nd time coming here i rather go to the one in Jordan Landing they always make you feel welcome. And they are friendly every single time.

giving a 2 because this location is 100% not accessible to wheel chairs.. The store is so jammed packed you can barely walk.. Its extremely unorganized..

bad service I do not recommend this store do not give the price they have marked I lost an hour choosing clothes and shoes for my girl and in the end everything was more expensive than what was indicated and they only told me that the price was wrong and it was not a single thing it was everything
