        Do not use this insurance company!! They do not respond to the calls, emails, or texts of myself or my mechanic often enough to be helpful. I was rear ended back on January 5th, 2022 (about 3 months before posting this). I am just getting my car fixed due to their unresponsiveness and underpaid estimate. Additionally, they have been unresponsive about more funding needed for the repairs and more days needed for the rental. I am left with nothing but a broken car in the shop due to the unprofessionalism of this company. Do not use!!!

        I just needed copies of my insurance and the lady was so nice the entire call and made sure to stay on the line with me the entire time until she was absolutely sure that I had what I needed. I didn't feel rushed at all. Great customer service!

        Your better off without an agent then with this guy! No help at all! I don't understand people, if you don't like what the job requires then find another job! Farmers need to get rid of this guy ASAP! Bring back Javier! That guy would get things done!
