    Lazy boy, while I was there he open the mouth about 10 times, I think he wants a nap time. And he told me I must to call for assistance cause he cant help me.

    The staff work there are very niceanh helpful. 2. However, mobile service is very bad, lots of time I can't pick up incoming calls or make a call even one block from home. 2.everytime i calls the support teams take.me 20+ minutes waiting and the technician very hard to understand. Not recommended mobile service to everyone.

    I would give them a zero if I could. International call sevice that creates a language barrier. Service constantly gets buffered and affects your wifi no matter what you pay for. Contracts not honored and mistakes not fixed. System issues constantly. Go fiber if you want to get paid for not being on the phone for hours with comcrap.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Im not one to post a review, but after the experiences Ive had with this location I feel like I have to. My husband bought me a series 9 Apple Watch for my birthday and we got it on a promotion with a service line on it. We were never able to connect the cellular and we have came to this location 3 separate times about the same issue. All 3x have been such a poor service and unable to resolve the issue. I really wish I could remember the ladys name that was there, but she was incredibly rude and unwilling to help me while my husband was trying to connect a new phone the last time we went on (01/16/2024). She said no and said a different employee could help me as she walked to the back, came back, and proceeded to gossip with another employee. (She literally wasnt doing anything or helping anyone). The employee who helped us informed us that the watch technology was stolen and was not suppose to be sold to us so we cant connect cellular nor could they do anything about it?! Anyway, now we are left with a watch + service line payment in which we dont even receive? Although Im only sharing my most recent experience with the company and this location all 3x we have came have been a negative experience. We definitely will be ending all ties after YEARS of being with this company.
