        I had a bad experience today. But I have been with them for 5 years. Inherently I believe people are good, but too often misunderstood. As a product of indifference I spoke to a person who lacked empathy and left a bad taste in my mouth. There are good people there but it can be hit or miss. If you have options for a loan servicer I suggest you use someone else as for me I do not recommend Utah Housing Corporation. Good Luck!!!

        This mortgage company has been amazing... I do highly recommend them... they were really great with me during the pandemic and still willing to help me if I have any issues ... Everytime I talk to an employee I express how wonderful they are and how I appreciate them ... they are willing to help you in any situation you are in ... I always enjoy getting assisted by most of them ... Maria & Derek ( I think that is his name lol ) have showed me so much kindness over the phone during these hard times ... I do highly recommend this mortgage company to anyone ... thank you for everything you have done for my family and I ... and continue to for my family and I... THANK YOU...
