        We have had positive experiences with Advanced for the past 5 years since we purchased our Inn in Manchester. They have always responded quickly and helped us through some difficult issues especially at the most crucial times. Reliable and knowledgeable is how I would describe them.

        Stay away! We called them to repair our existing system, which was installed by a previous company that Advanced Water Works acquired. They repaired the float, and told us it was all okay. They next day, water was pouring our on our basement floor. Also, the tech left without replacing the salt. When the came again, they told us that our system could not be fixed. They also told us we had a major iron problem that needed to be addressed. Their estimate for the work came in at $6,500. We called another company in. Guess what? After testing our water - no iron problem. Estimate for a new system? $2,700. What a scam.

        I've had a Kinetico water softener for nearly 30 years and recently had a reverse osmosis system installed at my kitchen sink. I wish I hadn't waited so long. My drinking water is superb, and I don't ever have to buy another bottle. The Advanced Water Works technicians know how to maintain and repair my equipment, know my water chemistry and share their knowledge with me. I wouldn't trust my water with any other company.

        Advanced Waterworks are amazing about masks! They put in a reverse osmosis system today- masks, I stayed in another room with a mask just to be safe, and when they finished, they showed me the water valves to turn off if necessary! This was the only time we were close and I so respect their care for clients! Left me with the kitchen looking like nobody was here! Thanks! I do have 2 HPPA filters going and a ceiling fan for more ventilation- just for visitors and family when visiting!
