        Great, attentive sales team. Everyone seems very friendly. They welcome you in and offer you great coffee and donuts that they keep for the customers to enjoy. When communicating with them through phone, they respond right away. Seth, Chad, and Jason were very helpful and nice. The only downfall is the long wait for the paperwork-6 hours. To be fair, I'm sure that's due to it being a busy Saturday. The team knew it was of an inconvenience so I was compensated with free things and services. I did recommend perhaps making appointments for those situations in the future would be helpful. But I'd recommend friends and family.

        Under NEW management and they are great!!! Chad, Jamie, Seth, Mason and Asian Alan, their financial man were absolutely wonderful. Nick who scheduled me for an oil change was also very accommodating,warm and friendly. Well so much for the oil change......I drove away in New 2019 Honda Crv. 25 years of buying Honda's and this was by far the best experience yet.
