I scheduled my furnace to be serviced in October. I called the office several times and was given an excuse or my message was never returned. Two weeks ago Brad texted me he would have my furnace serviced in the up coming week. That never happened so I called another plumber. I guess Hayden plumbers have bigger and more important clients. Or perhaps the person scheduling the work is the problem. Thanks for putting me off Hayden.

I gave this business a call because my kitchen faucet was leaking so badly, I couldn't use it. The person who answered the phone was quite kind and professional and when I explained my problem, she said, "We probably can't get anybody out to you tomorrow, but soon and they'll let you know when they're coming by." Not a definite time frame, but I was optimistic.
Roughly two weeks went by, and I heard nothing. I called again. I identified myself and asked about getting somebody to my house, and was met with "*sigh* I KNOW," ok, if your company is overwhelmed and you know nobody's getting to me to fix a vital part of my home, maybe let me know that. Not being able to just wash my dishes, or fill up my mop bucket, or whatever else, for an extended period of time is a huge pain.
She said she would bring it to the scheduler's attention, and it has probably been another couple of weeks since that conversation. Luckily, I found somebody else who came out within a couple of days. I have a functional sink and can wash my dishes again, another business got my money, this business gets my disappointment.
