Very good. Before the pandemic they had a thing called 'Legopalooza' where kids could come in and just build for hours.

Back when this library was just books and magazines it changed my life, circa 1980, when I found Babylon on a thin wire on the shelves on the mezzanine. To this day my family is nourished by everything from borrowing toasters and snowshoes to virtual delivery and good old-fashioned books. 100/10 recommend.

Small Library. Loud Library. Smelly Library; it Always smells like ancient perfume & fried food. ...There is an over abundance of instructive books at Brooks Library, with personal self-narratives, (some that are just very outdated). When the staff makes lunch and readers spray perfume, you can smell it inside thee entire room, you cannot escape smells at this library lobby room. No drive through pick up window/book slot. No comfortable place to sit and read.

Excellent children's section. My kids were glad to find a large selection of graphic novels. Staff is very helpful and reserved some books for us. Adult section is a little blast from the past- like walking into 30yr ago for most of the stacks. Could double as an art museum, some really outstanding pieces. No late fees unless you lose the book! Makes borrowing less stressful when you're overwhelmed by everything else going on!
