When your belongings are moved to storage you are not permitted to inspect them until you sign a waiver stating you absolve Tydan's from all responsibility.
Catch 22 - you can't check until you have waived your rights to your stuff.
I lost approximately $500 of belongings.
TYDAN's response deserves my reply.
Of course the storage unit was locked. I was not present for the storage loading. The unit was never opened until after I signed away my rights and moved contents and discovered what went missing. Interesting that all missing items were hunting and fishing equipment.
I don't know when they were stolen but I would guess it would be when they were loaded I the truck. As the owner has said they do t transport or store firearms or ammo.
No they just disappeared.

Avoid this company. Things appear to be going ok and then they try to scam you. As you will see in other reviews, they pressure you to sign off on a form when they show up with the truck. That form has a blank spot where the amount they are charging you is supposed to go, but they don't fill it in until after they have your signature. In our case they filled it in to include 5 1/2 hours of driving time to go what takes 45 minutes to drive. When you call for an explanation the woman on the phone will give you the run around. Eventually we had to dispute the charges with our bank, and after months of letters and phone calls, the bank agreed not to have us pay the overage.  Don't hire them and if you are in a pinch and use them, don't give them a signature on any form with blank lines.

Do not sign anything! I signed a document at the start of the move with the fees filled in only to have them add a lot of stuff to blank lines above my signature after the fact and then throw the signature back at me when I questioned the additional charges. "You signed it., "  Driving time was way high. they must have been going 15 miles an hour. I paid for the minimum 4 hours, and used only two. They asked if there was anything else they could do so I asked them to shift a few small pieces of furniture and they charged me an additional $200 despite the fact they owed me two hours of their time. A number of items were deemed "heavy" and incurred extra on-site charges. If everything was light I would have moved them myself. They were totally unwilling to explain or adjust the price. The movers themselves were great. The company was a bunch of dishonest crooks with regards to the charges - very misleading.
