Been taking my dog to Rob for the last few months. She is a rescue and can be timid and nervous but he makes her feel at home. He does a great job with her bathing and has been helping to get her nails shorter. He grinds them instead of clipping and she likes that much better. He’s very professional, kind and helpful. Very greatful I found Tails. It’s a luxury to have a good relationship with a quality groomer!

My grandmother brought in her 10 year old dog which at the time she had not been groomed for the houl winter cause she wanted her to grow it, so she had a bunch of maded hair and what does he sat to her she walks in... YOU ARE A DISGRACE FOR HAVING THAT DOG AND SHOULD LEAVE HER HERE SO SHE SHE CAN LIVE THE LIFE SHE DESERVES. I was absolutely mad 😲 never will my grandmother and mother go there So please don't go there he is very mean

Made an appointment with rob for my dog. The day of the appointment I load my 75 pound dog into the car along with my 2 month old baby (not an easy task). Unload the baby and the dog in the parking lot just to walk over to find a big fat closed sign posted. Rob peaks his head out just to tell me he can’t take me today because there’s another dog there who doesn’t like other dogs. Didn’t offer any solution to the problem just simply said no-can-do. Extremely disappointed.
