image Thing I learned is that USPS has a monopoly on shipping human cremains. Apparently UPS, DHL, nor FedEx will (knowingly) ship human cremains. This means you have no avenue to ship human cremains except through USPS, and Ive personally never had a good experience with USPS, not once, and having my dads cremains shipped through their monopoly service proved to be another example of poor service through the USPS. I learned as a kid that when you pay USPS that your stamp pays for the care of package to the receiver and time and time again USPS provides me with examples of how you pay them and they trash your package they should be caring for. The box my dads remains came in was dented and mishappen and carelessly left with other packages despite having reds labels saying human remains all over it. Rosie was especially rude and short with me as she has been on other occasions too. She doubled down on the fact that she had called me and left a voicemail but she hadnt because she had been calling THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER!!!! Furthermore Im disappointed in our role carrier as we had had discussions about my dads remains and he knew we were expecting them as of Thursday the 1st of April. They received the package Monday the 4th and failed to deliver to our address the 5th. Then the package sat in their disgusting outdated facility until today Thursday The 7th with no other attempt to deliver or contact me. Im so disappointed in the USPS and always have been. Instead of fighting with the feds for better treatment, working conditions, and services these postal service workers just succumb to laziness and low standards, but go ahead keep the monopoly on dead cremains and charge me for a service your incapable of providing in the first place. They never even notified us via tracking that they had tried to deliver and that my dads ashes were just sitting in that disgusting dirty building with careless people stacking boxes around and on top of my dead father. This will never be forgotten or forgiven. Oh and dont worry I know why they had the wrong number. Ill be leaving a poor review for the funeral home next, but also if you were a good postal worker and actually cared about your work wouldnt you call the funeral home to double check the phone number since you had received no response. I guess not. Thats for people who care. Our vet gave us more respect when our cat passed.

image If you deal with other post offices at all you really appreciate this one. I cannot get my mail to home, packages rarely make it and when I have things sent to this post office I never have a problem.

image Quaint, clean and easy access to P. O. box. Be aware that staff leaves from Noon til 2pm, then returns til 5pm on weekdays.
