BEWARE OF THEFT! Overall our stay (3/22 - 3/24) was great, room perfect for our needs and all staff we interacted with was pleasant. However, shortly after our departure on our last day my partner realized she left her brand new snowboarding sweatshirt on a couch in the suite. She immediately called the front desk and was informed it was not found yet but cleaning hadnt been complete and to call back in the afternoon. Upon finishing our day at Sugarbush my partner called the hotel again so we could retrieve the sweatshirt before our journey home. They claimed nothing had be found or turned in which means that someone from the hospitality staff claimed it for themselves. This type of blatant dishonesty is extremely concerning. I'd be concerned to leave any belongings especially valuables in the room unattended. This experience will have me looking elsewhere for my next booking and I reccomend avoiding this particular Courtyard Marriott if you value your personal belongings.

The employees are very nice. Very nice of them to create a space for bus parking. Most places dont do this.
Rooms: Very nice and clean.
Food & drinks: Mcdonalds conveniently across the street. Subway restaurant nearby as well as Hannaford supermarket.
