        As a visitor to Middlebury from India, made a quick trip to this store in 2020/21 for shoes and pants. Happy with the patient staff and choice of goods andoverall, a pleadant shopping exoerience.

        I walk in to an empty store with a 3 year old and a 4 year old and after waiting near the shoes for 5 minutes I have to call someone over to help. Then they don't have the sizes in ANY of the shoes I picked out (11&12 kids). Then the girl walks away leaving me there, waiting again, and she forgets about us! This while the other clerk is dribbling a basketball behind the counter. So, irritated, I call him over and sarcastically thank him for his assistance and I walk out with 2 disappointed kids and no shoes.
