        My husband and I stayed overnight at Derby Four Seasons in November, 2021. This month, July, 2022 they claimed we stayed again (which we would NEVER stay at this place again!) They used the credit card they had on file and charged me $164.00 for a room they claim I was there for. I called them to resolve their “mistake” but they were rude and refused to acknowledge they were wrong.Thankfully my credit card company is great and I won’t have to pay for this fraudulent charge.Beware about this place! You don’t want to stay here anyway. The room was dirty, looked like they hadn’t changed the sheets from the previous occupants. I used my sweater for a blanket and cranked up the heat. I considered not using the shower as it was also dirty from other people as well. Very disappointing!Do not give them your credit card information!!
