Had a flat tire so I pulled into this spacious parking lot. A few passers by pulled in to see if I needed help.

I would NEVER do any form of business with this company again! I brought my 2013 Kia Optima here twice for the same issue and both times they said nothing was wrong with it. On the second time I was told they couldn't find anything but maybe if I went and drove it with a technician the problem would happen then!I called Kia the company and they referred me elsewhere,when I went to pick up my car from Aldermans the service manager was rude and dropped my invoice on the ground and walked away when I told him I was told to bring it elsewhere!! On top of it I brought my car to the place I was referred to and in less than a half hour they had it diagnosed with me giving them the same symptoms as I told Aldermans Kia!!! I apparently need a new engine and am lucky it didn't completely blow on me trying to make it to the other service area. Having only 400 miles left of my Kia warranty it leads me to wonder if they knew what the issue was and was waiting for it to blow or my warranty to run out or are the technicians that under qualified they didn't really know what was wrong with it...as I research it now apparently it is a common problem with kias from 2011-2014 whether they have low mileage or high so I'm sure Aldermans had seen the same issue before!!

Actually was at Alderman Chevrolet. Kia dealership is closing.
