From the first phone call to driving out with a new Subaru Forester Premium with everything I wanted, the customer service was outstanding at The Car Store. I was helped by Branson, Isaac and Karen who made the process of finding the car (Blue Quartz Pearl!), assisting me with the registration, calming me down when I was faced with the normal number of papers one has to read and sign, getting the rental back to its owner, as professional and easy as possible. We also negotiated an excellent price and though I live in Bennington, Vt., the drive to Norwich was worth it. Thank you all!

very friendly people working there.. They are the only place that would change our tires without trying to get us to buy theirs when we already had the ones we needed.. Pretty cheap to mount and put the tires on also

Really pushy and expensive. People will promise you something and turn around and say they didn't. Not a good company to work with

I called just hoping for some information on why my 2014 crosstrek was getting really poor gas mileage and since it is under warrantee through Subaru I figured they were the people to call. The person I spoke with was of no help at all and he couldn't tell me whether it would cost me money to have it looked at or not and then hung up on me. I have heard stories about this place but I wasn't going to let it effect my judgment but they just lived up to what I have heard.
