Jim Mailhiot was very prompt in his response to our roofing problems. He was able to fit us in very quickly and was able to install our new roof on the day before Thanksgiving. This was very fortunate since it was leaking and we really couldn't wait until spring. He did a great job.

Jim called me right back after I left a message. He came by that same day (!!) to evaluate the problem. Then the work was actually completed earlier than expected. Amazing.

The Mailhiot team was impeccable in their communication, punctuality, and execution of the repair. I called 14 roofers, but it was only the Mailhiot team followed through and worked on a Sunday morning of a long weekend, and got my job done pronto. Either I didn’t hear from other companies, or they were too busy to take the work.
Thank goodness for the Mailhiot team. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Service: Roof repair
