I was offered a position, and worked for two days here. Unfortunately a co-worker gossiped about residents, and co-workers, enough to turn a potential positive work environment into a very nervous, negative work environment. Why this type of behavior is tolerated I will never understand.

My Dad has been a resident of the assisted living at Valley Cares for over ten years. It has become his much loved home! The entire staff is very attentive to his daily needs. They are caring and supportive while allowing him to remain independent. I highly recommend Valley Cares to anyone as a great place to live or to work.

I have waited close to 5 months to comment on Valley Cares , i was employed by this company for almost 18 months , no employee or employer are ever perfect, there shall always be issues that come along for either party and i strongly feel when you reach a point that a situation is no longer in your best interest then it is time to leave . however i would like to say that my time as an employee was special to me and i learned a great deal from my co workers and for that i am thankful . i would also like to say what an outstanding group of people work at Valley Cares , these men and women give 100% quality care to the residents , and they take great pride in there work , the residents needs are carefully taken into consideration and if i had to consider placing a loved one into an Assisted Living Facility then i can assure you Valley Cares would be at the top of my list . sometimes we just need to step back and see things clearly and that is why i have waited so long to post my comments . please check out this wonderful place if your looking to find a safe haven for your loved one , you would be happy you did . respectfully Beverly Ann Boczkowski
