All Starr Roofing

I will recommend All Starr Roofing to everyone. The reason we entertained All Starr was because of the reviews. My wife was skeptical at first but now knows it was the best decision, and loved the experience. All the reviews were dead on, Danielle is absolutely professional and personable. What she said would happen, happened. One review spoke to the clean up, we are 2 weeks removed from a new roof being installed and we still haven't found 1 scrap piece, nail or anything. It was amazing. Her team is extremely professional and very respectful. I never thought buying a new roof would be so easy and the experience would be so enjoyable. When I initially contacted Danielle she came right away to provide me with an estimate for the work I needed. I thought the estimate was very fair. The work I contracted was due to be completed in September. The job was actually done the second week of August. I was very pleased with the result. I found Danielle very straight forward and easy to work with and her crew was very efficient, respectful of my property and very courteous. Thank you to Danielle and your team! Terrible experience with All Starr Roofing. Do not hire if you have an older house. There was a significant (30%) cost increase from the contract I signed. They did not complete all of the work that was in the initial estimate for vague reasons, and I was not informed of these changes until after the job was complete. Owner is very aggressive when you question her, and demanded nearly the full payment from the estimate, even though they did not do all of the work. They damaged my rain gutters and fascia and did not fix this damage. They removed some of my fascia since it was rotting. They did not discuss these issues with me. They did not replace the rotting fascia, just installed the drip overhang and the new shingles, leaving a hole in the fascia. Service: Roof installation
