        I used to love this place till they ignored what I said about it being the drive shaft and they said it wasn't... They didn't even seem to have looked. I had to get a new car because of how it played out. Covid/holiday.. Couldn't get my part anywhere for a week... I work two jobs.... I needed a vehicle. All because they told me the vibration was the heat shield and didn't even look at it properly. Maybe it's a gender thing? Idk... But when a customer's telling you something is wrong maybe look at what they say it is before dismissing it. I had really liked them too.
