Writing this to counter the a$$hole who gave it 3 stars because it was understaffed. There is a nationwide shortage of restaurant workers.

Don't fall for the seven course meal and pairing. Everything "looks" amazing on the plate and when you try it is absolutely horrible. We left at the fourth plate, it got gradually so much worse we couldn't take it. Felt sick afterwards. This was a complete let down. We were looking forward for it so bad after we read that it wad voted as on of the top 10 restaurants in the USA, what a disappointment for our last night in vermont. Complete waste of time and money. Go to prince and the pauper, or the cloudland farm instead, they serve phenomenal food.
