I have had a very disappointing experience with customer service when trying to reschedule a birthday party here. When you call the number provided, they direct you to email. Not having staff to answer phones is fine, but when a customer sends several emails that go unanswered, this is a problem. It should not be this difficult to reach someone for help here. They had no trouble sending me the final invoice for the remaining balance of the party, but without making contact with anyone after four days I can only assume I should consider the deposit taken for the party to be a fraudulent charge.

Very nice facility. Kids had a blast and the party arrangements were good. Pizza could of been better but all around great value for money.

Attended my cousin's son's birthday party here on a Saturday afternoon. This is basically an indoor playground with food and drinks. The exception is the size of the space greatly limits the variety of play a child can have. In it's current state, I see this as a good place to take your kids to play on a rainy day. Other times, go to an outdoor playground because the price isn't worth it otherwise. This sort of thing needs a larger facility to hold more play things for the kids. The parking is a nightmare. This is located in an industrial park that already doesn't have a lot of parking. So when this place is busy you'll drive the lot a few times to find a spot. But don't expect to be on front of the facility, be paired to walk a little ways. The rooms for parties are small, even if you don't book to the limit. This is with both parents and children in the room because you can't just drop your kid off. The only food I could comment on is the pizza because it was with the party. It was good for pizza at a kid's party. It's not your best eat out pizza, you could eat more than one slice for sure. With the amount of people there, they could use an additional family bathroom or add a changing table to the women's restroom. I went to change my baby and use the restroom and a line formed in that time. While we're talking about changing babies, you may want to bring your own portable changing pad. Their changing table isn't one of those sanitary plastic ones that hang on the wall. Looks like a custom made wooden solution. It's stable, but they have a changing table topper with a cloth cover and a changing pad on it. Not the most sanitary option, luckily my diaper bag has a changing pad in it so I could place my baby on it. I would attend again if invited to a kid's party but I wouldn't bring my daughter here for a fun outing.
