Crowne Plaza Old Town Alexandria

Great location. My room was extremely clean and a beautiful view. The only place I will stay when visiting the DC area.

Beds had a substance similar to blood on it. Hole in the wall. Tears in the curtains. And headsets attached to the wall crookedly. Also poor television quality. Overall poor quality rooms.

Airport parking is really nice with covered parking behind a gate. The website says uncovered, but the parking lot was half empty and we had a choice if we wanted to be covered or not. Price is really good and the hotel was very accommodating with getting us the airport quickly and taking care of us while we were waiting. They had free WiFi for us as well.

We had a lovely stay with a clean room and comfy bed last weekend. A special thank you to Steve who did his best to help me retrieve lost items that were left in my room. For the record I had my item all along but some tense moments at my end were well handled by Steve !!! Thanks for the great service.
