        Titlemax is THE WORST and I mean THE WORST company no professionalism at all they have contracts with random tow/repo people who they dont communicate with IF YOUR CAR EVER GETS TAKEN BY THEM WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY TO PAY THEM SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR CAR IS IN REAL TIME if you pay them before the car gets wherever its being towed they wont be able to give you an answer. The staff in all departments are RUDE AS F$×# and dont care about the paying customers let alone the late ones soo IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND ENERGY DONT AND I REPEAT DONT EVER USE THEM AS A TITLE LOAN SERVICE THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE BARE MINIMUM OF YOUR CARS WORTH THE CHARGE YOU TO STEAL IT AND LOSE IT.... BE WARNED
