Locked myself out of my unit. Called a few places and was getting a receptionist at each spot who took my address and had to have a locksmith call me back for quotes. Moe directly picked up, had me text him a picture of my lock, quoted a solid price which beat the others, quickly came out and replaced the lock. A couple of minutes before he arrived another locksmith I hadn't told to come out showed up, looked at my door (I thought he was Moe) and said it'd be $120 more than what Moe was charging me to unlock my door.
