Called and obtained an appointment relatively quickly from the dispatcher to address the replacement of the seating / faucet. I was quoted $175, but charged $185 for the initial assessment, which was to be applied to the repair. The repairman was a contractor, but cordial and professional. He went out to his truck to discuss what he found with dispatch and, as I had been told would occur, dispatch called to review the quote. The quote, for $1160 was double what my husband had expected, especially considering we already had the parts on hand. We were offered a 10% discount after challenging the high cost. We almost went through with it, but called a few other companies first. While they couldn’t determine what they would charge without seeing it in person, they did respond that the quote seemed very high. We ended up going with a different company that completed the work at just under $500. Beware of this company. Service: Tap repair

Excellent plumbing company to work with, called and next day they came out and did a difficult job very quickly and professionally! I even added a Water heater drain as an afterthought and the same excellent service. I would not hesitate to call them again. Thanks

I used them for a minor toilet issue. They were terrific. Clean, prompt and efficient. Recommended to my daughter and she was also pleased.

Very fast response time. They came out and immediately started diagnosing the issues. They told me what was wrong and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend and will use them again if we have the misfortune of plumbing issues in the future.

Alexandria Plumbing dealt with a garbage disposal problem and a leaking problem. Excellent, Honest and straightforward approach. Very fair pricing. I would recommend and certainly use them again.
