This must be the worst company a nursing company coud6 use. They pick up 1 hour before an appointment that is 2 mins away, but don't pick back up 2 hours after the request to be be picked up. After 4 phone calls was told policy is 90 minutes after the call for pick up. I wakes 2 hours for my 93 year old father who is shell chair bound a diabetic and stroke victim. Too sad!! Worst company ever!
