These people are incompetent. It took me about an hour and half to open a savings account in a local branch. They did not seem to know how to do this. Then, their website says that for a Platinum Savings Account you can "Easily access your funds with an optional VISA Debit Card." Well, it turns out that is not true. All they will give you with a savings account is a "ATM" card, not a debit card, even though I made it clear I wanted a debit card. Instead, they just sent me an atm card, and when I tried to use it to pay for something, it wouldn't work. Then they had the gall to argue with me over what it says on their own website. They said it was a debit card, it's just that the debit card feature was not activated. What the heck does that mean? If I can't use it as a debit card, guess what? It's not a debit card. Taking my money elsewhere.

I visited to the United Bank few weeks ago. One of the staff of the bank named Saruul Tuya helped me all throughout the banking process as a first time customer. She made me a good deep impression. Even after I opened my banking account, she did call me after and helped me for the other issues. I really appreciate for the service of United Bank.

They are really helpful and especially I think the manager or manager tried to communicate with us and solved all our problems even though we did not speak the language. I think it is a bank that deserves more than 5 stars.
