        I had to order online because the item I wanted was not in the store. Dealing with the women customer service reps in the Phillipines was a nightmare. I wound up asking for a refund after trying to work with them on it for a month!

        3 stars for honoring the price match policy with their own online ad. Location is good, however customer service is sh!t. One would assume that after Covid giving what some would call a break from the hustle and bustle of the everyday rat race, staff would come back to work refreshed, perhaps even, dare I say, with a positive and appreciative attitude. NOPE... long story short, I don't appreciate my time not valued as a consumer, and didn't appreciate an employee literally saying "uh-uh, she can figure it out..." "I'm not, no trainer", and my favorite "That ain't my job.."... as she refused to help the cashier (who was cool) with my transaction as what felt like an awkward 10 min go by to ring up one item. Rubbed me the wrong way, and I didn't like it.
