I dont understand why they dont provide drink water in the room.

Good decent hotel, as expected. The Metro station in the basement makes this a superlative location. However, there was no coffee in the room. There was a $7 charge (in addition to the cost of the cheese) for room service. There was coffee available in the snack shop in the lobby, but that does not compare with having a coffee facility in the room. Choose Crowne Plaza or Embassy Suites instead of this hotel, as they are both close by, and an easy walk to the Metro station from both.

The hotel itself is very nice, with updated rooms and great amenities. The only downfall is the parking situation. It is absolutely abismal. When we arrived we prepaid for a parking reservation and when we entered the garage it was completely full. After driving around each level of the garage for roughly 30 minutes we went to talk to the valet who simply said that they were at full capacity and recommended we find public parking 2 blocks away. If you are aware that the garage is full then you should let guests now before they enter the garage. This is such a serious problem with the hotel that I genuinely hope they figure it out because all of the other features of the hotel are unfortunately dragged down with the problem.
