I started my journey at the Tile Shop with Ann. I came with specific ideas in the tile that I wanted for my bathroom remodel. With Anns patience, guidance and help, not one of my ideas came to fruition. What I ended up with was beyond what I imagined. Ann was patient as we worked together to try various tile designs and recommended design enhancements. I now have a bathroom where all the tile complements each other. I cant thank Ann enough for her design aptitude and for making this an enjoyable experience.

Had a great experience working with Shauna and Ann to help in upgrading bathrooms. Both ladies were very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I was very indecisive in choosing a shower wall. Both ladies were very accommodating and patient with helping me choose the right pattern and colors.

Had a great experience working with Gina. She listened to what I wanted and helped me bring it to life. I appreciated her help with smaller details like grout colors and trims. She works most days and was easy to contact. Here is my 1980s bathroom before, the tiles we picked, and final look!

We have had a great experience working with Gina to select tile for our new home build. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and has been so terrific at understanding our general style preferences and making suggestions. I had a previous issue related to the return policy. However, Sam, the Store Manager, expeditiously made it right, and Gina and Ann kindly processed the return at the store. Looking forward to future purchases!
