Edible Arrangements

I have received fruit baskets from various companies. But only Edible Arrangements consistently uses fresh and deliciously sweet fruit. And the chocolate covered fruit always is awesome.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my husband for our anniversary. I ordered on 4-25-2020, delivery date of 5-19-2020. Received a confirmation email but No delivery, no communication with store on day of delivery. I attempted to contact the store no answer and no response to voicemail. I called customer support and keeps cutting off after making a selection. I'm very disappointed in how things have progressed. I could understand the store being closed with the ongoing Covid situation but then why accept incoming orders?

I placed an order for pick-up via their website. When I got there, the lady gave me the nastiest attitude saying they don't offer pick-ups and only delivery. She looked at me like I was an idiot.  Good thing I had my confirmation email that read "Pick up by". Unfortunately I placed an order for the wrong date which I take blame for (and this is not the reason for the one star) but she has to change her rude attitude.  The interaction between a customer and owner is not okay. ALSO maybe check to see what your website says instead of being rude to the customer.

Worst customer service! I had ordered an assorted cheesecake for my mother's birthday. Instead, she was sent a few chocolate covered fruits. When I called back to see what had happened the lady working customer support had the worst attitude. I totally understand that with the Covid 19 pandemic inventory is limited, which I would have understood if I had received a notice in advanced that they were out of stock or going to change my order.  I even spoke with her earlier that day to get an update on the order since their website tracking does not work, and there was no mention of the out of stock cheesecakes. I could have planned something else for my mom. Cheesecake is her favorite dessert and being far away, my options are limited. There was a mentioned of a refund and I would have been more understanding if she did not give me such an attitude.
