We went to the ER in October because my fianc was having a horrible time keeping anything down. She is a service disabled veteran (US ARMY) and when it was all said and done, a tumor was found on her kidney. She had her surgery performed here and it went fantastic. We were completely blown away by how well she was treated, the attention she got and just the overall experience. Carillion Radford is full of professionals that go above and beyond with lots of compassion.

No care for anyone really. Pretty sure everyone that works in the ER hates their jobs, especially the PA Chrys. She will spend 5 minutes with a child and do nothing, then leave you waiting in the room for an hour to be discharged. The only kind person here was the older gentleman working in the waiting area but he can't hear you when you speak so that's a bit frustrating. DO NOT EVEN TAKE YOUR WORST ENEMY HERE because more than likely if they are in a bad way, they will probably die.

They nurses really should make sure they watch what they say about a patient who is coming out of sedation. I wish I cpuld have popped my head up and let the 2 that were making jokes about me having to have oxygen and how they should take it from me and push me out in the hall and see how long it takes me to turn blue. That was the nicest thing they said. Every dog has its day but I still wish those 2 better nurses than they were to me.

Left me suffering in the Emergency room for 4 hours with a possible kidney stone blockage. They said they was waiting on pharmacy to bring the meds ordered so I sat bawling, waiting, had all test done and still nothing. I watched pharmacy come and administer medicine to others yet I was told they refused to treat me til a bed was had. I walked out w/o treatment still peeing massive amounts of blood and vomiting in excruciating pain.
