Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning

Horrible service. Paid $500 to have my carpet cleaned by Oxifresh. My place stinks like vinegar and perfume and my carpet is in worse condition. There are dark black lines all over the carpet that won't vacuum out. We had another cleaner come in and estimate $400 to fix the damage done. Avoid these people at all costs.

Hiroto did a very nice job. He was pleasant and thorough. Very good with our dog and bunny. It smells so much cleaner in here now, looks a lot better, too!

I had never used a professional carpet cleaning service before. I got a number of quotes and ultimately went with OxiFresh Fairfax because of the competitive price. What I want to comment on the most is the professionalism of Alex, the carpet cleaner that came out to our place. Alex called and asked if he could come early. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgable. He came in and examined the carpet condition, and was honest with me about what he thought it was going to take to clean different stains (and which one in particular was probably not going to come out no matter what he or anybody else tried -- hot pink fabric dye). Afterwards we did a walkthrough to examine the results. I would work with Alex and Oxi Fresh again.
