i told the florist the flowers was to deliver to a 90 years old family member who just had a surgery. The florist delivered a beautiful vase of flowers in bright color that makes her so happy! really appreciated the personal touch, great job!

I placed an order for Mothers Day a week prior and was told by my mom that the flowers didnt arrive at 5pm which is already ridiculously late. I spoke to someone and they apologized and said the flowers should be there by 7:30pm. As someone that works frequently with clients, Im sure she was already getting a lot of complaints and felt bad and said okay (even though 7:30..is there even a point for flowers at this point?). Called again at 9:00pm since there were STILL no flowers and the girl apologized since there were so many orders they couldnt get to everyone (as a seasoned florist, you should be better prepared and staffed or start blocking off orders if you couldnt handle it.) She apologized and offered a $100 upgrade for delivery the next day. I took the upgrade and saw the flowers the next day and they were NOTHING like what I ordered (I ordered an array of different colors..this was purple and white and not attractive.) If I already had so many issues, they should at least notify me that my bouquet would be completely different from what I ordered. Very disappointing experience.
