Great experience with ivory home solutions. Clarence was easy to work with and accommodating. Price was great and beat all of the competitors. He did a roof and gutters guards and made sure that not only the job went well but that I understood the process.

I called Ivory Home Solutions in a panic on a rainy Saturday when my ceiling began dripping. Clarence answered the phone immediately and arrived at house within a few hours. He temporarily solved my problem, did a roof inspection (in the pouring rain), and gave me recommendations on the spot. I was immediately put at easy and felt he was honest in his dealing with me. He came back in a few days to give me an estimate for a new roof. Clarence and his team showed up when they said they would (earlier than I expected--6:50 AM) and completed the job that evening. They even worked into the evening as they were a man down that day. Due to the finish time, someone came back in the morning to finish gathering the debris they couldn't see in the dark, then Clarence came back that afternoon for a final inspection and to make sure all the debris was cleared. I was completely impressed with this experience. I would highly recommend Ivory Home Solutions. The only reason this wasn't a five star review is the price. I have never had to replace a roof before, so I was/am in sticker shock. Most people I have spoken to have said the price is in the ballpark, so this isn't a reflection on the company in any way. In fact, I was expecting that my final price would go up once work was underway, but the price remained as quoted. My new roof is a beautiful (as any new roof could be). Clarence helped me select the color. Actually, he made a face when I picked the bluest option and recommended a more gray color. In the end, the color he recommended is perfect!
