There are not enough positive words to define the last two airport trips handled by Shenandoah Shores Management Group. Dederick and his outstanding drivers picked my friends and I up in a timely fashion and always waited at the airport upon our return. Mannerly, entertaining and courteous are only 3 of many descriptive words used to describe the services. Phone calls and messages were sent timely prior to expected pick up time. My friends and I will continue to hire Shenandoah Shores Management team for all future transportation needs. Excellent pricing as well. As Shenandoah County Chamber co-chair, I highly recommend Dederick and his drivers for your chauffer needs. Wish I could give 10 stars. **********!

My companion and I used Shenandoah Shores Mgt. Group to transport us and our bicycles from Front Royal to Waynesboro when we were in a pinch with limited time. There were no rental cars to be found or Ubers in the area (Ubers that would go the distance). Not only was our driver, Dederick extremely professional, he also accommodated us by stopping along the way so we could grab a bite to eat for the long drive. I have always appreciated the opportunity to meet new people and enjoyed learning about how Dederick got started in the transportation industry and his plans to expand his business. It is always a pleasure to encounter individuals who clearly love what they do via the service they provide.

We have had an amazing experience with Dederick. His expertise and recommendations were spot on for our ladies weekend winery adventures. He planned our itinerary, secured us space, and provided us wonderful customer service. Dederick is well connected in the community, prides himself on customer service, and provides helpful advice. The vehicle was perfect for our party of 7.
