Land & Water Design

Don did a fantastic job in creating a master plan for our upcoming exterior renovation, including a new back deck, gardening shed, several new patios, walls, and walkways in the front and the back, and then of course a gorgeous, detailed landscape plan to tie it all together. It's extraordinarily well balanced, most definitely aesthetically pleasing, and will add significant value and overall utility to our home. We had zero problems obtaining approval on this design from our homeowners' association design review board, even though it included elements that would normally not be considered within the association's design guidelines. Indeed, the board thanked us for submitting such a thorough, well thought-out, expertly design plan, and told us that this is the sort of standard that they wished other residents would follow in their submissions.

We used them to enhance a neighborhood pool facility. At every turn, Don and his staff have provided us creative solutions to our restrictions and have provided us a design far beyond what we originally anticipated for our budget. Wonderful designs and timely delivery on design and construction have been the norm from Land and Water Design. We could not be happier with our choice of them over several competitors.
