Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company

Walked into the branch for help with my account; Jason Tom was very friendly and fast. Very presentable and accommodating. A breathe of fresh air because the other branches in town could use some work. Will definitely stick to coming to this Branch moving forward.

Im a relatively new customer to Wells Fargo. For many years Ive always used other big banks. I recently moved and had two urgent situations that I needed notary service. It was so easy to book an appointment on Wells Fargo mobile app for such service. And the service was punctual and of good quality. And its free! I appreciate it so much for their help!

If I could give this bank Zero stars I would . 8/2 2023 10 am, I walked in and ask the lady teller if I could speak to someone about opening up an account because I wasnt sure which account was the best suit my needs. She said that there was no one there today that could open up account and to come back tomorrow. I was stunned. OK, I said, can you call the other branch 3 miles away and ask them if they have someone in today that can open up a new account? She said she did not have their number but that I should go online and look it up. Haha! OK at that point I decided, if the Customer Service lack so badly, I better take my money elsewhere because obviously Wells Fargo Bank must not want any more new customers. I said thank you and me and my money left.
