If I can give 0 star, I would!!!! I had tree trimming scheduled for 7/7 between hours of 8:30 am -10 am, took the morning off from work. They didn't show up until 11:30am and I noticed they took a lunch break within an hour they came. I had to call to see if they were showing up. Not even a call to say, they are running late. I had to give an instruction during the trimming what to do. Second part was scheduled for 7/13. My husband took the day off, and work was scheduled for 11 am. We waited...waited...waited. I get a call at 2:45pm, saying they can't make it today. If you have days to waste and have plenty of vacation time to waste, maybe this company is for you. This is an unsolicited review. This is my third project with ADM. These people are really great to work with. They show up on time, completely know their stuff, and are a pleasant bunch of folks to work with. Everyone from the receptionist to the guys hauling branches away are nice and pleasant to talk with. Could not be more pleased. The tree they removed was huge, about 50 feet tall and 30 inches across at the base. It was starting to lean badly, and was tangled up in several other close trees. I was worried there would be collateral damage, but ADM pulled this tree like it was a bad tooth and had it cut up to size to fit in my wood burning stove and stacked in no time at all.
