I don't like rating businesses poorly, but you have to beware with this cleaner. When I dropped my clothes off they asked me when I would like them back. I said tomorrow. When I came by they said sorry the next day by 1pm. When I came back at one they stated after 330pm. So, I came back again at 5pm, and still had to wait. In almost 30 years of Drycleaning I have never had anyone use a permanent marker on my closes to Identify them. They wrote a portion of my name and a number on most shirts. Not all of them, but most. When I called they stated they could you a paper tag, but you have to request that. I have NEVER had anyone ask me or just assume that a permanent marker would be ok. Now my white Calvin Klein dress shirt that I normally wear untucked has a bleed through of my name and my tag number. I called to complain, and was told I should have requested no marker be used. I'll never be back. Bummer!

Every worthy dry cleaner can do the necessary work, but these folks bring you back with their neighborly and friendly attitude. This is the place where the patrons and staff know each other by name and establish relationships that last years. Bring your bundle and change your life for the better.
