Stanley Martin Homes at The Landing at Cannon Branch

**THE AFTERMATH** After purchasing new 1.5 years ago, our brand new AC unit died. The level of caulking I'm having to do around the edges of the ceiling & the baseboards is not normal. The nail pops are never ending. The free repairs they offer a year after the purchase date, need to be repaired again. I mean, the exact same repairs they did. My neighbors complain of leaks & electrical issues & this community is only 3-4yrs old. Its very concerning. I think the reviews are based on the purchase experience, not the living experience. From Stanley Martin, Jen is AWESOME. Lauren is AWESOME. Calvin is AWESOME. The preferred lender First Heritage is awesome too. We had Nancy Jacobs as our Loan Officer, and her husband Will. Then, we also used the preferred Title Company and Dan at First Excel was a lifesaver: he actually met us at a Costco to do our closing, because, in a snow storm, I got a flat tire and that was the closest place I could get towed. We are first time home buyers. Jen did so much to make the process seamless, comforting, and reassuring for us, and made is feel very taken care of. Naturally, we were a little scared/nervous, but after Jen met with us one-on-one a few of days after our visit to the mode home, she took us through every single number, question, procedure, and expected outcome; which gave us a step-by-step road map of the month ahead between earnest and closing. That map worked out just as she described. A brand new Stanley Martin home, for us, was an excellent decision, and we could not be happier! Happy Home Owners, Matt and Emily

From the moment I walked into the Renata Model I knew I wanted to live at Cannon Branch! These townhomes are spacious and beautiful. Brent Piper and Sarah Gillette have been amazing to work with and I really appreciate the weekly progress emails. I would also like to give a shout out to the construction team of Rich and Jake. They were equally amazing to work with. I highly recommend Stanley Martin and I have been extremely happy with the entire process.
