There was water dripping from the exhaust fan in my bathroom when it rained and the wind blew a certain way. It was right before the holidays... I called several roofing companies and this group was the only one to respond. They came over to estimate on my schedule, promptly sent me a very specific estimate and we scheduled the work for shortly after Christmas. They arrived on time, made the repair and sent me pictures (since getting up on the roof is way outside my skill set) of the work they did. It was an absolute a delightful surprise with Roofer911 - they totally live up to the great rating I read about online before choosing them. I lived in the house that I just bought last year. It turns out that the roof is more than 25 years old. As a result it's becoming very difficult to get a reasonable home insurance. I decide to shop around to have the roof and gutter replaced. I had discussed with 7 other roof installers that I knew from the flyers I have been getting from the mails. Most of them are either expensive, taking long time to complete the work, or having to wait long to schedule the work, or combination of the above. I finally reluctantly decided two - out of other even more unfavorable choice. A couple of days before I made my final decision, I tumbled on Roofer 911 and saw their excellent rating. I thought to give them a try - not only they came back with one of the most competitive pricing, more importantly they are super responsive, professional in providing and explaining information, scheduled to start the job immediately after only a few days of my call with them, completed the work with a day. Crew have been very nice and efficient. The job was finished with excellent site clean-up. Oh, did I mention - they did not even ask for a downpayment - like everybody else. It was actually me chasing them to get the payment processed after a job well-done. A great and delightful experience!!! I feel so fortunate having found them...
