UPDATE: The florist delivered an additional arrangement with a nice handwritten apology note. My friends and I appreciate the gesture to correct their mistake. I ordered flowers to be sent to someone who was just coming out of a 2 month hospital stay and going into a Rehab Facility and wanted to send something nice and cheery, with a $125 budget I would have expected something more than what I got which was a small arrangement with some white hydrangeas and 2 or 3 pink daisies poking out. When I called to discuss how unhappy I was, the owner got on the phone and asked what it was I thought she should do about it. My suggestion was to either refund a portion of the cost or deliver another small arrangement as my friends mother was going to be in the rehab facility for 2 weeks but she didn't seem willing to do either and starting raising her voice and arguing with me. Customer Service is not their goal here, I would NOT recommend them EVER!
