Jones Homes had initially received a poor review from me It seems as though there was a break in communication between project manager and builder. Once the builder finally heard my concerns, they were all resolved within a week. Don Jones personally came to my house and attentively took care of all the things that had been missed. Thank you for resolving my problems and making me feel happy in my home! Im giving a rating of four stars only because of the anxiety the miscommunication caused me. The end result was a beautiful home.

I can't even begin to tell you the regrets I have! We bought this house in July 2021... For the last year we have been trying to get repairs accomplished... With very small successes. Their workers are incompetent and nothing ever gets accomplished... Just more promises to make it right. And the gaul    their project manager... Bob... he asked us to give him a raving review to promote ratings ... this is beyond me. Even after giving him a good review... (My husband did in hopes to get our lit's accomplished)... none of our task list was accomplished. Water heater doesn't work right... Garage door doesn't work right... Ceiling pops with nails protruding... Ceiling in porches separating... The list goes on and on and on and on and they are not interested in completing it! It's been a year! Do. not.  buy.  a.  Jones. home.!!!

I am a Jones Homes victim. It started with a series of lies and ended with me winning my case against him in Chesterfield County Circuit Court when the judge found him guilty of FRAUD. He continued to lie under oath. The judge was disgusted with him saying that he knowingly and willfully gave false testimony. I have suffered so much financially, mentally and physically because of his lies. I may have gotten my deposit back and partial attorneys fees, but he has cost me so much more because I was building my dream home and he left me without a home and a schools district for my daughter and I had to scramble to find something in a very short period on time. Do your research before building with Jones Homes. Find out why he no longer builds in RounTrey and New Market. Search the VA court records to find case information about all the lawsuits he's been involved with. Have an attorney read his completely one sided contract before signing. Do not trust his realtor, the Yeatman Group. I can't speak for everyone there, only the ones I worked with that I caught in lies and bullied me. Seek out homeowners that have owned homes built by him for at least 2 years and see what they have to say about it.

Jones Homes was amazing to work with. They built our dream home and made the process easy and seamless. My wife and I would highly recommend Jones Homes to anyone, if we had to do it over we would use them again in a heartbeat. The quality and attention to detail that Don and the whole team provided was impeccable. I would tell them my vision and they knew exactly what I wanted and made it happen.They were extremely quick to respond to all of my emails, texts and calls..they provided above and beyond customer service, which is very important during a home building process.Jones Homes is a FIVE STAR company!!
