I was very pleased with the way they could get me scheduled quickly. They stuck to the price they gave me. The plumber was very good communicating. Bobby made sure everything was working right and made it esay to get in touch with him since he did have to come back with some parts. We had our home built through CraftMasters Inc and Plumbright is the contracted company. I called last week (June 25, 2021) about a leak coming from our washing machine which was dripping from our kitchen light fixture on the first floor of our brand new home. When I called Plumbright I spoke with Katie to coordinate having a repairman come out and see what the issue is. Pretty smooth conversation, no issues. The repairman came out and noted how a nut was loose on the drip pan covering the washing machine and said that was the issue. He tightened the screw and assumed that was the fix. I took his word for it. There was no additional testing of the washing machine to ensure the solution was correct. The whole service lasted 15 mins. It is still leaking from the light fixture and I called Plumbright to see if they could come back out. Our washing machine isn’t leaking and the drip pan basin is NOT filled with water. However, when I spoke with Katie this time, she was extremely rude to me. The conversation had a tone of “not my problem” and the repairman already came out once. I am downright shocked she is a supervisor; she lacks professionalism, patience, and empathy. She informed me that another supervisor would call me today but I highly doubt that based upon reading other reviews here. Bottom line: This is not how you speak to and take care of your customers!
